STUDYABROADMARKET AFFILIATE PROGRAMME TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last Updated: 09 October 2026
These Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the StudyAbroadMarket Affiliate Programme (“Affiliate Programme”).
The Affiliate Programme is operated by Medicto Ltd, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom under company number 10447946 (“Medicto”, “StudyAbroadMarket”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By applying to join, registering for, or participating in the StudyAbroadMarket Affiliate Programme, you (“Affiliate”, “you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not register for or participate in the Affiliate Programme.
1. ABOUT THE AFFILIATE PROGRAMME
The StudyAbroadMarket Affiliate Programme allows approved individuals, businesses, education consultants, agencies, influencers, content creators and other partners to refer customers to StudyAbroadMarket.
StudyAbroadMarket provides an independent study-abroad assessment designed to help prospective students understand and compare study-abroad options based on their profile, goals, circumstances and preferences.
Affiliates promote StudyAbroadMarket using a unique affiliate link, referral code or another tracking method provided or approved by StudyAbroadMarket.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate application at our discretion.
2. WHO CAN BECOME AN AFFILIATE
You must provide accurate and complete information when applying to the Affiliate Programme.
You must be legally permitted to enter into this Agreement in the country where you are located.
If you register on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in the Affiliate Programme complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you.
3. AFFILIATE COMMISSION
For every qualifying successful assessment referred by you, you will receive:
US$15 per successful assessment
The current customer price for the StudyAbroadMarket assessment is US$29.
The US$15 Affiliate commission is a fixed commission per qualifying assessment.
An assessment qualifies for commission when:
-
the customer uses your unique affiliate link, referral code or approved referral method;
-
the customer purchases the StudyAbroadMarket assessment for the full price of US$29;
-
StudyAbroadMarket successfully receives the customer’s payment;
-
the payment is not refunded, cancelled or charged back; and
-
the customer successfully completes the assessment.
A commission is not earned simply because someone clicks your affiliate link or visits the StudyAbroadMarket website.
We reserve the right to determine whether a transaction qualifies for commission in accordance with these Terms.
4. COMMISSION TRACKING
You will receive a unique affiliate link, referral code or other tracking mechanism.
You are responsible for using your assigned affiliate link or referral method when promoting StudyAbroadMarket.
We use our affiliate tracking system to determine referrals and commissions.
Where a transaction cannot reasonably be attributed to an Affiliate because of missing, incorrect or unavailable tracking information, we may determine attribution based on the information available to us.
Our affiliate tracking records will generally be used to calculate commissions.
5. PAYMENT TIMING
There is no minimum payment threshold. Each confirmed, eligible commission is paid within 30 days of StudyAbroadMarket receiving the customer’s payment for the assessment.
For example, your commission would be:
| Successful Assessments | Commission |
|---|---|
| 1 | US$15 |
| 5 | US$75 |
| 10 | US$150 |
| 20 | US$300 |
| 50 | US$750 |
6. PAYMENT METHOD
Affiliate commissions will be paid through PayPal.
You must provide accurate PayPal account details when requested.
You are responsible for ensuring that your PayPal account is able to receive payments.
We are not responsible for delays or failed payments caused by:
-
incorrect PayPal information;
-
an inactive or restricted PayPal account;
-
PayPal verification requirements;
-
PayPal payment processing issues; or
-
circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any fees charged by PayPal in connection with receiving your commission may be your responsibility.
7. REFUNDS AND CHARGEBACKS
A commission will not be payable where the customer’s transaction is:
-
refunded;
-
cancelled;
-
charged back;
-
disputed;
-
fraudulent;
-
suspected to be fraudulent;
-
made using an unauthorised payment method; or
-
otherwise determined to be invalid.
If a commission has already been credited or paid and the customer’s transaction subsequently becomes ineligible, we may reverse the commission.
We may deduct reversed commissions from future commissions.
If there are insufficient future commissions to cover the amount owed, we may request repayment.
8. NO SELF-REFERRAL OR ARTIFICIAL TRANSACTIONS
You may not use your own affiliate link or referral code to purchase StudyAbroadMarket services for yourself in order to earn a commission.
You may not arrange or encourage artificial transactions, fake customers, fake accounts, fraudulent purchases or other activity designed primarily to generate affiliate commissions.
Commissions generated through such activity will not be payable and may be reversed.

For example, you may use wording such as:

You must not rely solely on terms such as “affiliate” or “aff” where that would not make the commercial nature of the content clear to the audience.
